Refund policy

We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges. All custom duties/charges for orders shall be borne by the customer. https://boondfragrances.com/ may at any time modify the User Agreement without any prior notification. Damages and issues
We do our best to ensure that our products reach your safely. Please inspect your order within 36 hours of delivery and reach out to us at team@boondfragrances.com in case of any defects, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition.
